How much is shipping cost?
Shipping cost really depends upon what items you purchase and the total weight of those items. To calculate shipping costs, please use the online shopping cart by adding the items you want to your cart and then use our Shipping Cost Calculator.

All large orders and items requiring two or more boxes will be more than what our online cost calculator says. The online shipping calculator or shipping calculation method mentioned above does not account for box size dimensions. Your actual shipping cost on large orders with two or more boxes may be different from what your online order receipt says.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. The minimum shipping weight is just under 1 KG and courier cost can vary depending on the location it is shipping. Arranz Guitars is in constant negotiation with UPS, Spanish Postal Service and FedEx to get the best shipping rates possible. We then pass these savings onto you. Any order over $100 will be insured for the full value of the contents. We want to be sure that your merchandise is completely protected should something go wrong while in transit. Please note: insuring your package may add to the final cost of shipping. Orders of $401 and above require a signature release by courier. Customers are responsible for payment of customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees.

Tracking information will be provided online in the "My Account" section of your account. Please log in to retrieve your tracking number. This information will be available to you whether you order online or over the phone. You must be registered for an online account with us to see tracking numbers and order history information. We will let you know by email and on our website after each item in your order ships. If you ordered multiple items that require multiple packages, you may receive separate shipment notifications.

We do understand that the Spanish Postal Service sometimes offers cheaper shipping options. However, their service has limited tracking capabilities and we cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive safely to you and in a timely manner. Therefore, be advised that you the customer understand all of the limitations and risk involved. Arranz Guitars does not assume any responsibility for the package during transit. If you are a customer requiring Spanish Postal service, you have been advised that tracking and transit times are not our responsibility.

When our carrier takes possession of a shipment, they electronically sign and acknowledge receiving product in good order. Once they take possession, we no longer are responsible for the condition of the products. Upon receipt of your package, please inspect for damage. Contact Arranz Guitars right away if you have damage. Any damage to box or item should be noted upon receipt. Save box and packing material until any claim is settled. We realize that couriers will deliver without a signature. If damage is discovered after acceptance of delivery, the customer will need to contact Arranz Guitars.

We also reserve the right to make additional charges for unusually large, flammable or bulky orders.
