We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Arranz Guitars. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus a 15% restocking fee), an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All returns/replacements require a Return Authorization number. (RA). To request an RA, please contact us.

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Special Orders, discontinued products, Arranz Guitars close-outs, installed speakers, installed transformers, and installed pickups are not returnable.

Custom Orders
If you are not satisfied with custom orders like guitar & bass necks, bodies and other build to your specs products, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price minus a 50% fee. Bodies & necks in stock are 100% returnable.
